There are two ways to connect with our team:

Green Earth Fund does not accept such requests made through third parties. All requests for changes must be made at least two business days before your scheduled monthly contribution.

A monthly donation is the best option for both the Green Earth Fund and our supporters. It allows us to have a reliable support base and save time, banking fees and paper by not having to send reminders and renewal notifications to supporters. It also provides predictable funding that allows us to plan and budget our campaigns more effectively. For our supporters, it allows you to make a small monthly contribution and still play an important role in protecting the environment.

The Green Earth Fund is deeply grateful for your support and we hope you are proud of what we have accomplished together. However, if an Online or Frontline donation is made in error, we will honor all refund requests for contributions made within the last 30 days.
We expect our supporters who want to donate to regularly check the accuracy of the transactions.
Refund requests for donations to Green Earth Fund, Inc. must be made in writing and include details of the initial transaction, such as the date, donation amount, donor's name, and nature of the fault.

Please note that all donations made through greenearthfund.org and all gifts under $50 per month initiated with a Green Earth Fund representative will be directed to the Green Earth Fund, Inc., unless otherwise noted. Green Earth Fund, Inc. is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. Donations to the Green Earth Fund, Inc. are tax deductible.

Thank you for your support and we don't want to bother you with renewal requests. Green Earth memberships run for a calendar year starting in January and continuing through December. This ensures our renewal mailers are cost effective. All renewals will be made in January of the current year. Sorry if you already renewed this year but are getting notifications, our renewal files were edited long before they were posted. You should not receive future renewal requests this year. If you continue to receive renewal notifications, please call us at 1-9297339915 Mon-Fri, 9:30am-5pm PT or email us at [email protected], as you may have a duplicate account.
The best way to reduce the number of renewal requests you receive is to respond earlier in the year or consider becoming a monthly donor.
Green Earth occasionally shares donors' mailing addresses with other like-minded organizations in exchange for contacting supporters. We will NEVER share your phone number, email address or donation information. If you received a mail from us and you are not a Green Earth supporter, we may have gotten your name in a list exchange with another like-minded organization. We encourage you to contact organizations you have supported in the past and request that they not share your information. Alternatively, you can contact the Direct Mail Association and be added to the National Mailing List at www.dmachoice.org.
